The Low Carb trend is good but I do not understand the use of Soy as a healthy source of protiens. Soy has been linked to many health risks including poor development of children, male lactation and more. The premis that the Orientals have eaten soy for hundreds/thousands of years is misleading. The majority of soy consumed by the orientals was the fermented products such as Miso, Tempe,etc;. Soy was never used as a main course for the meal but was sparingly used as a side. Heavy consumption of soy presents more health risks than benefits. This has all changed over the last couple of decades as a result of heavy advertising by the soy industry proclaiming health benefits that do not exist. Beware of Soy!!

Sorry, this show just doesn't do it for me. The host seems like a genuinely nice family guy, but he is not comfortable in front of the camera, and the low carb thing is passe.
