Sweaty palms are an indication of nervousness. Kind of hard to judge this though because it could be an isolated situation. I've had sweaty palms myself at times so I know it happens. On the other hand some people have continualy sweaty hands. I don't really want someone's sweat on me. If my hands are sweaty I will dry them with a handkerchief if I think I might be shaking hands.
