He's ok but not as cool as some of the original characters. Sometimes funny. Sometimes annoying.

Pepe is such a great new Muppet sensation! I hope they send him on tour this year with Kermit to help him celebrate his 50th year in show business. I'm not to clear on who Seymour is.

I don't know about Seymour, but I will never understand the big deal about Pepe. He's annoying, obnoxious, and is pushing all of the good Muppets, like the Electric Mayhem, my personal faves, out of the spotlight.
