Occasionally, I'll meet a woman that gives me their hand as if they're waiting for me to kiss it. To be honest, I never know what to do in this situation so I just stick with the handshake.

Outdated here in the U.S. However sometimes a guy thinks he will impress a gal with this. You'll have to ask a woman if this works.
