I don't own one. If I want grated cheese, I buy it already grated, and for things like hashbrowns or coleslaw, I just use a food processor.

I put Cheese grater on here too but you really only need one grater. I have a free-standing four sided grater that has several different surfaces. I use it mostly for hash-browns, coleslaw, and grating cheese for mexican food.
