I want a large metal roasting pan with a well fitting lid. But apparently they just don't make them anymore. The ones I see in the stores are either too small, made of that crappy granite ware stuff, or they are the rectangular ones that don't have a lid.

i love my roasting pan. it was actually handed down but still does the job.
