I've only ever ordered the same item (on 2 different occasions) so I may not be the best judge, but I have to say I had good experiences both times. The items had to be back-ordered which added about 2 weeks to each order, I've had that experience with so many mail order companies that I almost expect it. The items (David Carradine Tai Chi DVDs, total of 3) were very inexpensive, the packaging and cost of s + h were great and the items looked and worked great when they arrived. I never had to contact customer service so I can't offer anything on that subject.Although my experience with Bestbuy.com was limited, I highly recommend them (for DVD purchases).

Customer service is indifferent at best, often rude and sometimes argumentative. Representatives are very difficult to understand.

Why do they always seem to be out of stock of what I want?
