10/12/2005 | CHOCOLATE! Chocolate chip cookies are #2 (second to Oreos as per Alton Brown just yesterday evening) so no wonder hot fudge is the BEST for ice cream!

05/02/2005 | Hot fudge is great, but you must have the right amount. Too much and you can't taste the ice cream and too little and you feel cheated. It goes nicely with strawberries or carmel.

05/02/2005 | I'm actually not that big on chocolaty stuff; I can only take this in small amounts. It tends to overpower the rest of the tastes in the sundae, and since I like a lot of fruit flavors, it kinda sucks when it's all drowned out by the hot fudge.
