I've never really liked sprinkles of any kind. The don't really add much except maybe a little more sweet and sometimes a bit of a crunch.

In college, my lunch group nicknamed this item from the sundae bar happy sprinkles. The name works, because they don't do that much to the sundae, other than making the kid inside you happy.

Yeah, I know they're just pellets of sugar and food coloring, but it makes the sundae just look . . . I dunno, festive. It doesn't seem complete without sprinkles.
