Kevin, you obviously don't listen to Randy's program. Randy puts all right wingers and challengers to the front of the phone lines to discuss whatever topic the caller wants. As a matter of fact, that's one of my favorite parts of her show when she can debunk the right wing caller with actual facts and not talking points! Why don't you call her?

Have you ever noticed that she rarely takes callers that disagree with her. She spews her hate Bush hate republican crap for three hours a day without taking on challengers. Her recent crap is that republicans wanted the economy to fail. I mean c'mon even you crazy libs have to stop and think that maybe she is way too out there for even you guys. She is a socialist! Listen to her comments and judge for yourself.

Randi Rhodes researches all of her topics huh, according to a recent show she claimed that John McCain was well treated in Vietnam and that Fred Thompson, and all other speakers at the RNC were lying about his experience.  Of course she conveniently forgets about the torture, the wounds and scars that will never heal, and mocking a man who gave five years of his life for this country.  She doesnt deserve the right of free speech while she has all left wingers thinking that she actually presents facts, wow, this is where most liberals get their misinformation.  If she gives facts, maybe she should cite them during the show, because there are actual people, other POW's that attest to the honestly of John McCain's experience.  If she is spreading lies about a known fact, that actually happened, guess what she doing with small issues that people do not question as often.  You guessed it, she is falsifying that information as well.

She thorough and informative

She is an air head, listened to her once, and realized that the conversation was inane.

Air America's best host, embodying qualities that the left often lacks: fast, factually driven, funny. Her hard-hitting work obviously scares the conservative reviewers out there, two of whom descend to calling her "ugly" and "a cow" (how that's relevant, especially for a radio show, I don't know), which demonstrates that they'll stop at nothing to take someone down. The negatives below here are perhaps the most embarrassingly ignorant reviews you'll find on any item on RIA.

She is the best Radio Host ever.  I like that she says don't believe her and task you to verify facts for yourself.  Everytime I have been in doubt she has proven me wrong.  She needs to be on TV.  She knows her facts.

This well informed woman defines talk radio period.

She does air her feelings --"Articulates the rage", in her words. Her show features regular calls to action that involve:

-calling elected representatives
-reading her researched sources
-reading other sources
-don't trust anyone, including her, on that AM dial

(big props for that one)
-talking to others
-believing one is not alone.

This is a potent combination. It's sure to incite plenty of angst and contraversy among listeners, regardless of their ideology. The mix is thought provoking, entertaining and very well presented with liberal use of audio cues, bits and other elements that make for a well produced and regularly engaging talk radio program.

This cow is the most hateful anti-American liberal bastard I've ever heard. She's worse than Rosey Odonell, and that's bad. I'm a Democrat and I'm ashamed of the crap that this moron spews. I refuse to listen anymore - she gives a bad name to all Liberals and Democrats.

   I appreciate Randi's intellegence, uncompromising attitude, and factual accuracy. My only problems are that she is sometimes mean even to people that agree with her, and in my opinion doesn't put enough pressure on the Democrats when it comes to challenging the lies, hypocrisy, and constitutional violations of the Bush regime. Otherwise I learn alot from her show. I just wish that some of the Democrats that Randi gives a pass to were as gutsy as she is...Will from Mar Vista, Ca

Randi is a very informed commentator. Although I don't always agree with her perspective on events, her facts are usually right on the money. She has a great sense of humor and I enjoy listening to her. I would love to hear her debate some other radio commentators who aren't as informed as they claim to be.

Randi does her research that's for sure. A true voice of liberalism. Any attempt made by right-wingers to debate her is quickly silenced. The best rebuttal they have is to just hang up.

I have learned more from Randi about how my country works and what is being done to it, than I ever did in 16 years of public education. She is a vital person with a brilliance rarely seen or heard.

Randi Rhodes and Mike Malloy (recently fired from Air America) are a progressive voice for those of us who are still sane.

I have been a registered democrat since 1973. Since listening to Air America, and trying my best to like it ( been listening for about six months now) , I have realized why democrats lose elections. If I thought the hosts of Air Americas radio truly represented democrats, I would start voting republican. I may have to do that anyway.

Randi is great, she is always prepared to back up her ideas with facts.

Randi has her facts straight. She's a quick-thinking advocate for democracy and the Constitution. She only says what she has researched and knows to be true. I only dislike her habit of monopolizing the microphone even when a caller has something of value to say. But Randi's politics are beyond reproach.

Simply the best!

I listen to her daily. Not the whole show, but a good portion. I can honestly say I don’t like her attitude and the way she tries to portray her ideas. Although, she is one of the ones that usually does not play sound bytes out of context, she still centers on the areas of the quote that most appeals to her agenda. I think she is also very hateful to others who don’t tow the line with her ideals. I am a Christian conservative who supports President Bush. In her eyes I am a butt sniffer, a bastard, and incompetent. I wonder what would happen to any of the conservative radio show hosts if they used such comparisons of liberals on their shows. Remember Randi, you have freedom of speech which I support and have fought for even myself, but it still has consequences.

Randi is funny and entertaining. She goes over the top every now and then, but most of what she says is true (especially compared to Limbaugh and the rest), and she does her research well. The fact that right-wingers generally have a rabid reaction to her is a good sign.

Mean, hateful, completely dishonest. Almost worse than dishonest, she does what many on Scare America do, namely throw out wild accusations (last night: the accusation that the Bush administration would rather have the soldiers in Iraq killed than come home injured, because they cost more to take care of if they survive). She really personifies "hate radio."

This show is terrible. I have attempted to listen to her on several occasions, but can't take more than a few minutes of her spin and wacko liberal propaganda. I also saw her on CSPAN recently. When she's backed into a corner with facts and logic she reverts to personal attacks and wild-eyed conspiracy theories eg. Halliburton, global warming, Davis-Bacon, blah blah blah. If you buy into the notion that she is an average American, God help you.
