I was so angry at the end of this movie I wanted to kill all the straight people. Not liking that feeling, I've never watched it again.

In 21st Century America, we have the freedom to obey and the freedom to conform.

The gray-haired mountain goats on this site will probably slap a 5 here- but for us young ol' whippersnappers this classic drug movie deserves to medal a silver but it jussssst a liiiiitle bit dated. . .still, the emergence of Jack Nicholson is great cinema- his speech on freedom is still interesting. . .and the intro ("The Pusher" by Steppenwolf) is outstanding.

Don't really see this a movie "about drugs," but it was an incredible film.

I loved Jack Nicholson saying, You mean Marijuana...
