Bob McAdoo (hall of fame player, top 50 NBA player of all time, NBA rookie of year, NBA MVP in 1975, champion with Lakers in '82 and '85, currently top assistant coach for the Miami Heat) 4

This guy is often overlooked when somebody is thinking Carolina guys. I don't understand why. Awesome career. Championships, awards, records. And with all the NBA players there have been throughout history, being named one of the 50 greatest is quite an accomplishment. Also, I have a strong suspicion he is the reason (as far as coaching goes) for the Miami Heat's success. You just see those players speaking with him so much more than Stan Van Gundy. It's almost like they ignore Van Gundy and speak to Bob. Pay attention some time, and you'll see what I mean. On another note, I wonder if he ever gives Laetner a hard time? I bet he does.
