John Wait & company had 4, maybe 5 good to great singles before Wait went on to some solo success (Missing You). Not enough to warrent inclusion in a rock hall that still has not included giants such as YES, GENESIS, CHICAGO & MOODY BLUES. But some nice music.

This band rocked the 70's and if they could've gotten along better, they would have been a shoe in for the Hall of Fame. John Waite is one of the best vocalists of all time. He is still making quality music today. That's 30 years in the business. Only the greats can stick around like that...

This was a very good band with a very tigth sounds, they were very well produced. The band would have continued but a bean counter that worked for them cleaned them out and disappeared so the band broke up for financial reasons.

They were only around for a short time. They seemed to be onto something fusing a rock sound with infectious pop harmonies. But they broke up. They just were not together long enough to make an impact.

John Waite is a great singer, and Jonathan Cain of journey had a big role with the group.
