Just listen to this man sing and add that to all his wonderful songwriting and outside projects for other artists. He needs to be in the HoF NOW!!!!

Nights in White Satin alone should have guaranteed his induction.

An outstanding composer of distinctive ballads and uptempo melodies in a variety of classical, rock and pop styles, and a great writer of complex or straightforward but always emotive lyrics.

He should have been in the HoF many years ago.

I can't believe Justin Hayward isn't in the HoF already, whether as a songwriter or as a performer with the Moody Blues. What else does someone with his history as a writer for the band and as a solo artist, as well as for TV and film, have to do to be inducted? Complete Beethoven's unfinished symphony perhaps?

The fact that this guy is not in the Hall of Fame (or the Moody Blues) is a travesty. The HoF seemed to realise a couple of years that they had never inducted anyone of this musical style and mistakenly inducted the lamest band in the genre.
