Jeff Lynne (Electric Light Orchestra/Solo) 5

Had a ton of hits, but the 5 star rating is STRICTLY for his Idle Race, Move, and early ELO material, which is great. Comprised half of one of the greatest duos in rock history during his stint (in the Move and first album by ELO) with Roy Wood, who should be on this list.
