Sol Choate sold me a Carrier Hybrid heat system in November and it has done everything he said it would we have hardly used any gas on our MLGW bill,this system has cut my utility bill in half,I would recommend the Hybrid Carrier system to anyone,the air is really warm coming out of the vents and when it got really cold 20 degrees the gas furnace came on,the installation crew was very courteous and the Memphis code official said this was a very exceptional job done by Choates, Thank you Sol I would recommend your family's company anytime. After spending several thousand dollars last summer, and them having to come out multiple times to get the job right, this summer our air is not cooling. After waiting 2 days for a tech, he said nothing was wrong and charged us $85 service call. That Friday night, we called to say it was getting hotter and they told us it would be Monday--- then promised Sol would call on Saturday, which he didn't. If they come back out, it's another $85. Funny, the warranty is up early August on the work they already did. Seems they are waiting us out- meanwhile, my 3 kids are trying to sleep in a very hot house. I would NOT use them again and don't recommend them.
