By the time he got to the Cards, the best thing you could say about Boomer was As a QB, he makes a hell of a colour man.

Rating Boomer as a Cardinal, I'd say he's pretty well terrible. He threw more interceptions than touchdowns, always a pretty good indicator of how good or bad a QB does. He had a decent career as a Bengal though. He might be best suited as a commentator after all.
