I believe I read somewhere on this site that EO was touting him seriously as a contender for the 2012 Presidential candidate for the Republicans. Or was that the Republic?

I'm glad he's gone, even the droids didn't like him. How can anyone like a guy who collects other peoples LIGHT SABRES? No Force powers. And he coughs all the time and he's really bossy, and he ran from Obi Wan twice. I don't like him at all. Plus he's almost all metal. I'm glad how he died, but it was a little creepy.

Pretty cool character (more so in the cartoon version which tells the story between Episodes II & III), so I was pretty bummed by the way they offed him in Episode III.
