I cant believe I missed this one! I liked it a whole lot as this one is 100% animal characters and some aspects and parts of the movie are amazing, funny and/or adorable. I would wish to buy this hard to find movie so my children can enjoy it too.

I remember the really bad stories surrounding this Film.Several animals lost their lives during the filming.

This is about a dog (Otis) and a cat (Milo) who grow up together as the best of friends. Narrated by the late Dudley Moore, this film did not have a single human actor -- just animals (and there's not a thing wrong with that). It captured the animals acting naturally, then a story was built around it. Creative, I'd say. I haven't seen it for a while; it would be refreshing to view this little gem again.
