I normally wouldn't say this is a great place but this is how I met my fiancee, so I guess it worked for us.

Met someone this way before, we were both in the wedding bridal party...Depends on whose wedding it is though, at a friends wedding you're free to make a fool of yourself if you have to...at a family wedding be more cautious, plus you wouldn't want to inadvertantly hit on some distant cousin...
