 | lmorovan (16) 04/06/2008 | Perhaps not in the form we have them today, Paul did have access to the Gospel in the sense that he personally knew some of the writers and many of the living witnesses of Jesus Christ. It is safe to assume that Paul was well versed in the accounts of the life and ministry fo Jesus Christ.

 | SharonParry (46) 11/06/2006 | Paul was sort of like a scripture lawyer. He was brought up to know all the laws, and, spoke in quite a few languages because his dad was a Roman soldier. He knew the laws and he knew who God was. His only drawback, before The Lord got hold of him, was that he didn't know the prophesy spoken of in Psalm 22 had been fulfilled yet...
:18. They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture... The whole chapter described what would happen to Jesus many years before hand. He sure made up for it after he met The Lord on the road to Damascus.

 | Gentle Jude (25) 06/18/2005 | Apart from aDios excellent interpretation, before he had the Gospel of Luke, Apostle Peter and Paul were close friends and since Peter was with Paul, he would have told Paul what Jesus did and said. Paul had access to people who actually saw Jesus and knew what Jesus said.
