As an active Christian, sin angers me. A person saying that sins by... A-Taking the Lord's name in vain. I'm not talking about cussing. I'm talking about someone that tries to play God by commanding someone to do something or else God is gonna get you. B-If the person being cursed does not believe in an afterlife, you just look stupid, and it reflects badly on the rest of us. C-The Bible says that God draws people to himself. How dare you turn them away from him. D-If God has not prepared his heart to hear the truth, all he will hear is the curse. (the Lord's name in vain again) I'd have to say that this one really gets my goat.

I usually ask them for directions, just to make sure I didn't miss a turnoff.

That "judge not" thing just makes me laugh at them as I mock their bogus piety. UPDATE: I always thought Damnation was a town south of Tuscon...

yes i have met more my share of holier than thou's who think that because they go to church and "call themselves christians" these are the ones who use the bible to hate others and pass judgement on them. tell those sinners they are going to hell or refuse to speak to you because they are christians and they have a gauranteed pass to heaven{haha so they think}I have a few living on my block both of these hens are the nastiest gossips, look down their noses at you. first to spread rumors about you.but oh no! they stick their christian noses in the air and walk right past us sinners. because they go to church and they are better than me.i will see you rotten gossips in hell. because only you think you are better. you sinners.

The Bible is very clear on the rules and I really don't need someone to tell me nor do any of us need anyone to tell us that we are headed for damnation. I can get there on my own and would if it were not for the grace of God.

I got something like this from Kar54 a while ago. Told me I supported abortion and the destruction of the bible and all of this other stuff. Which was news to me being a Catholic and all. I think it was because I said it was harsh and ridiculous for her to say that democrats hated America, which it was . But since then, we have had much more civil posts with each other.

I'm of the opinion that most of the people that tell me I'm going to hell are probably headed there themselves. However, since I don't believe in heaven or hell...I'm not really worried about it.

Usually I hear them say You are going to burn in Hell!. My response: I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I have dealt with 17 120+ degree summer and have been sunburned more times than I can count because of it. Do you really think I'm afraid of burning in Hell? The best Hell can do is give me frost bite.

While I don't mind people talking to me about beliefs, they can leave the part about me going to hell to themselves because its not going to make me receptive to their opinions.
