I'm not sure what the epistimological requirements might be, but I've always found having a couple of drinks to loosen up never hurt.UPDATE:So if someone was Raptured at the very point during which they were having an orgasm, would that mean that God had them coming and going?

I dunno. But I'm guessing this doesn't refer to the kind of woman who calls on the Almighty during moments of sexual excitement.

Rupture? Who will be ruptured? Well, for one, any powerlifter who doesn't wear the proper supporting equipment. Or, anyone who attempts to pick up something much too heavy in their workshop. Or, obviously, anyone who gets a knee in the nuts. Oh. Wait a second. I read this topic incorrectly. It's rapture, not rupture. My mistake. Silly me. I have to make an appointment at the eye doctor, I guess. Never mind. Skip it.

At the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the trumpets will sound and the death in Christ shall rise first. And those who are alive in Christ, will likewise be taken up to meet Christ in the air.

i think they really mean rupture and just mis-spelled it

This is not a true Christian belief, the word Rapture does not appear in the bible and is there fore some ones addition. The bible is very specific about additions, they should be ignored.

I don't know why exactly, but that term really irritates me. It just sounds so cheesy. I believe that we will all stand before God when we die. Period. Results will vary. But, while I'm on this planet, I can do without the $19.95, trailer park, televangelist preacher in a polyester suit speak.

Those who believe in God, have excepted him as their Saviour, and are following in his ways.

It depends on what rapture is being talked about. If it is a pre-Trib rapture, then no one will be raptured, since there is no such thing as a pre-trib rapture. But a post-trib rapture (when Jesus returns), everyone will be raptured. But some will be raptured for eternal life, and others won't be.
