I like Tyler Florence and think he is a great cook, but I don't understand why on some shows Jack just sits there making comments. Some of the shows she is helping which makes better sense. Both are pleasant enough personalities but something is amiss.

This used to be a great show with Chef Frederick showing the lady Jack how to cook. She'd learn correct knife skills, etc. Now it's just Jack drinking coffee in the corner while Tyler Florence cooks. I don't understand why the format has changed.
