Perhaps he thinks that all human belongs to one race - human race, and interracial would imply human dating a sheep or sheep dating an elf, which might be to his distaste.

I can't say whether or not this is true or not, but I haven't heard anything from Bush regarding this. Wow...what a terrible list this is.
