I stayed here for a couple weeks when I first moved to the city. The room is more long than wide which makes it a bit different. I had a large bathroom. I was in the middle - no view except the square of nothing in between the hotel building. But, the room was quiet. My friend requested a room with a view of the street when he stayed there, and he said it was loud and the bathroom was tiny. No loss of points for the front desk service; they were very friendly and knowledgable as they should be. There's a free wine-tasting in the lobby on Tuesday evenings; all the Kimpton hotels rotate a night of wine tasting.
