This hotel is really struggling. Occupancy has been low, I'm talking extremely low, for the past several months. Since November there have been 3 different GM's. Reasons for this are 1) Location is pretty borderline for a hotel that charges rates on the pricy end, 2) Front desk staff is anything but courteous, probably because they all wonder when their last day will be, 3) the hotel restaurant is Indian - decent but not a big draw - and it has been closed for renovations.
