UPDATED COMMENT: I review it often and it is very useful. PBeavr has finally given up the ghost so the coments are generally helpful rather than narcissistic. ORIGINAL COMMENT: I received a couple of e-mails advising me of pBeavr's attacks on the blog. I read a few of them, and read a few lines on pBeavr's blog. For a man who hates RIA, he certainly spends lots of time on its blog spewing vitriol with his limited vocabulary. Most of the comments on the recent blog articles are from this former RIA self-proclaimed "non-hypocrite."

Blogs are a waste of time, manpower, and resources. . .

I look at this from time to time, and its not bad at providing the site administrator's vision. I generally don't go much past the front page, and into the comments though. Those seem to be largely the province of departed (or semi-departed) reviewer pBeavr. Frankly, I've never had much feeling about pBeavr, one way or the other. He has, apparently, considerable issues with RIA, and several reviewers thereon, myself included. Accusations of hypocrisy are particularly rife. He is, of course, free to hold whatever opinions he wishes. And they may well have some justification. I, and others, are not without our hypocrisies. And I at least, don't particularly mind them being pointed out. I would observe, in counterpoint, that there is a certain hypocrisy to someone who has such venomous dislike for a website, to the extent where he left it, spending so much time on its blog. He is of course, free to spend his time in any legal manner he wishes, as I am free to point out the irony thereof. Finally, and I say this without sarcasm or venom, I wish you well pBeavr. I spent a long time today reading your comments, and came away rather saddened. Take care of yourself, sir.

It's a good way to start things out, especially if you've been out of the loop at RIA for the good part of the week (or month, or whatever). Featured lists and items give me a good idea of where to start on RIA, when there's nothing that catches my eye on the first few pages of recent comments. Good addition!
