He's not a wannabe conservative, and doesn't flip flop. He also doesn't back down from issues just because they're unpopular.

After meeting with the Congressman, He truely is an original down to earth wholesome well respected christian man. Not only that he is Republican, but a Conservative Republican... We need someone like Pence in the Oval Office Oh! did i forget to mention, he also gave me a ride home after his town hall meeting... Thank you Congressman -Jesse

Just too green. He needs more seasoning, and EXECUTIVE experience. Being a good legislator does not translate into being a good manager, which is what this job really requires.

Pence is da man !

Mike Pence is a very communicative religious activist who is a member of the Republican Study Committee (the very Conservative lawyer committee). He is building up his base during his 3-term of Congressman. If he keeps developing, he will be hopefully a solid candidate since 2016.

Mike Pence seems to be gaining a following among religious right activists. Although he is only a three term congressman, he could potentially be a force in the GOP primary, especially in a field that up until now has been dominated by more moderate Republicans like Mitt Romney, George Pataki, and John McCain. Many dismiss him now, but I think Congressman Pence of Indiana is one to watch.

Mike Pence gives us hope that there still are good people left in Washington who care about something other than themselves and power.He is certainly the next generation's American hero.Mike Pence is the next Ronald Reagan.I pray we elect more people like Mike Pence to congress.

You may not know who this 3-term congressman from Indiana is, but I believe that there is a very strong possibility that he could consider a run for the Presidency in 2008, or at the very least be one of the leading candidates for VP. Cool, calm, and intelligent are the best adjectives I can think of to describe this man. There is even a draft-Pence movement underway for the 2008 Presidential election. If you watch a lot of cable news you probably have seen him before.
