He have me this patch and I put it on before I embarked on my 10 day cruise. I never got motion sickness, even when the boat was rocking so hard that they put up caution tape over the doors and barf bags on every garbage can. It is a miracle and I recommend it to everyone. The only side effect is some serious dry mouth, but I would rather that than motion sickness anyday!
