This is my favorite Al Gore quote. They set new standards alright, most convictions (and guilty pleas) by any cabinet, most criminal investigations by any cabinet (keeping in mind, Watergate happened 20 years prior) and by far the most documented illegal political contributions (both foreign and doomestic) by any administration. But, it was all about sex.
