The Birds on the Bat is classic. unchanged for nearly 90 years (except 1953 and that nearly caused a riot in St Louis). Just words on a jersey is plain boring. Give me jerseys like the Cards, Braves, or the Rays with their little ray of sunshine (even when they were called the Devel Rays they had that tail coming down. That was cool.) Or even the Blue Jays with their bird head. Kudos to those teams that keep some flair.

Classic uni that they have worn forever.

These are classic uniforms, but come on St. Louis. Drop the blue road hats and use the red ones for the road too. One or two years ago, when the Cardinals were in the playoffs, I saw a fan on tv with a regular home jersey on, but it was yellow. I wouldn't mind seeing the teams sport a yellow home jersey for Sundays. No red alternate, though. Too many of those around.

I obviously don't like the Cardinals because I am a huge Cubs fan. Two Redbirds on each side of a bat, right about the classic Cardinals text. Now that is a good uniform.

No Cards fan, but their uni is one of the best in baseball.
