And the really frightening thing is that he was a Law instructor at the Univ. of Arkansas. Of course, his license to practice hadn't been suspended at that point in time yet.

Really stupid thing to say , but I'll cut him some slack, he's not a constitutional or a historical scholar, he's just a lawyer. Oh, wait, he was disbarred. What DOES that make him, besides a lot of money on the public speaking circuit?

The sad thing here is the crowd started to cheer! I'm not going to say that I can rattle off the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, or even the Gettysburg address word for word, but I am aware that they are three different documents. I'm also aware that of the people, by the people, and for the people came almost 100 years later in a totally different form than the first two.
