The movie was good, but the new batmobile bothers me. The batmobile isn't supposed to be a cross between a Hummer and a Lamborghini. And no matter what decade it's in, it has to have fins, otherwise it just isn't the batmobile.

I'm not a comic book fan, and have had only mild interest in the other Batman films. However, I heard great reviews about Batman Begins and decided to give it a shot. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The flashback scenes to his childhood were great, and helped to really paint a psychological portrait of the Bruce Wayne/Batman character. The actors did a great job across the board, and the action scenes were good without being overly cartoonish. I'm hoping they continue to make Batman films with this formula, because I enjoyed Batman Begins so much.

By FAR the best movie in the Batman franchise. I was one of the "George Clooney killed Batman" club, but Christian Bale has change my perspective. Great direction, I loved the dark, gritty, dirty feel of the movie. The acting was great, loved Liam Neeson as the bad guy, Micheal Kaine was great as always, and this was a great breakout role for Bale.

Super special effects but the original Batman with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson is better IMO.

This was actually quite good. Christian Bale is incredibly handsome and a natural to play Batman.
