Dr. Brazier is an inspirational leader and teacher. He teaches the word of God, and inspires people to live a rich and faithful life. He preaches more about God's grace, and how people can be blessed by living true to the word of God. He emphasizes having faith in God and faith in yourself, to battle whatever force or evil might be against you. This is why he focuses on baptismal, because it affirms your salvation through Christ in witness of others and ordained persons. Baptismal has been a ritual, dating all the way back to Jesus' time. Jesus himself was baptized. It is a symbolic practice relating to rebirth and cleansing, and is performed in cerimonial fellowship. Because the ritual is performed in withnessed fellowship, you have established an eternal social bond with other beleivers and the ordained, THAT WILL NEVER BE VOIDED OR TAKEN AWAY. Even if you have lost your way with God, the Church can not make desisions on behalf of God to take your salvation away. The Church is not in that business. You are in control of your own salvation. The church has to stay true to the bond you have established with them, and through God, the church will always be there to help you rekinddle your salvation. The church and it's ordained ministers will aid you and will always be available to you throughout the rest of your spiritual life. This relationship affirms your dedication to God as well as the church. This is driven by the deep faith in God by all beleivers.

Bisop Arthur M. Brazier is the most boring preacher alive next to Marilyn Hickey. He harps on the Baptism in Jesus' name, and insists that only those who are baptized this way are saved. However, baptism never saved anyone. Conversion takes place in the heart. The Bible says we must REPENT and then be baptized, hence baptism is an outward expression of an inner regeneration. Going down in water in and of itself doesn't save anybody. Bishop Brazier is just taking down a bunch of dry devils and bring up wet ones. I have been to that church; I know hundreds of people in that ministry, and I have yet to meet one who is really living holy. They are under the impression that the baptism eternally secures you, and therefore even if you live a wretched life, you're still on your way to heaven. Hogwash! I know so many people in that fake church who are hypocrites. They drink, smoke, fornicate, and are involved in every other evil work of the flesh, yet they believe they are save all because they magically got baptized. That church is so full of flaming homosexuals it's a wonder the building hasn't caught fire. Brazier is yet another false teacher leading a bunch of weak, carnal minded people to hell.
