Don't even get me started on the a-holes who voted against the body armor.

Other than the general issue with body armor, there's something MORE important. I walked into my usual grocery store a few weeks ago, and I saw this sign posted (by the supermarket) at a couple of places. It asked for people to donate canned goods. But it wasn't for the local homeless shelter or the soup kitchen. It asked us to donate for OUR TROOPS. Forgive me for asking, but isn't that one of the FIRST priorities? To feed our men? How on earth could THIS possibly happen? I haven't seen any other signs elsewhere, and I'm wondering this is going on anywhere else. If this is how bad things are going, something's gotta change.

There were some gaps but American soldiers are very well equipped. The actual combat casulties showed that. The guerilla warfare casulties probably have little to do with equipment.

Hey, warmongers. . .this is the part where you say AAARRRGH! YOU AREN'T FOR THE WAR! YOU'RE AGAINST THE SOLDIERS! Sure. . .it wasn't me that (1) put them in a place where they shouldn't be (2) under-equip them (3) give them a ridiculously optimistic plan that no one believed would work (4) hid behind the American flag when asked to give a realistic timeline for troop withdrawl. You mean recruitment is down? Who's against the soldiers now?

For Chrissakes our poor Soldiers families had to buy and send them body armor, while Bush and Rummy relaxed and took vacations.(After all, they do Hard Work)!!!
