If they cant handle using a bathroom stall, too bad. Women i can understand, but a job needs to be done. They should be polite and ask. Not be dramatic about it. The maintenance men are there to make the facilities more enjoyable and sanitary for everybody.

Happens to me a lot when I clean the restroom. Sometimes, they get rude when I tell them the restroom is closed. One old man even cursed at me when I was cleaning the men's restroom one time.
