I've seen this happen, but I have also seen employees referring to customers with such language. This isn't associated solely to the customers, or even to Wal-Mart itself. This has the potential to happen anywhere.

Some customers at Wal-Mart act like Neanderthals and Nazis.
They mess up the restrooms then complain about them being messy (especially the female customers.)
They shoplift.
They barge into restrooms when the maintenance men are cleaning them and get mad if they cannot use the restrooms.
They let their little kids run all over Wal-Mart, making messes.
