Biggest whiners in the country. They have a huge stadium and rich alumni that provide their teams with the best of everything. They just expect to win by showing up. When they don't, they whine and cry and puke. The local papers pander to their teams, playing up every positive story to the point that when the Dogs beat San Jose State the papers are predicting Rose Bowl. They idolize Don James, who quit in a fit of petulance when he was caught playing fast and loose with recruiting rules.
