While many would say that OSU fans are jerks (and being one, I would sometimes agree), I argue that they are jerks only in that they are in full support of their team! They don't mind bashing the opponent if it means making their own school look good... those are TRUE fans!

Ohio State fans are the best fans in the Big 10. "Hang on Sloopy!"

I know a lot of Buckeye fans get a bad rap for being jerks, but I don't think that's entirely fair. They're not mean like fans of some Southern schools (I won't name names) but it definitely gets wild in the Shoe. The student section is one of the rowdiest in the country and definitely more of a HFA factor than Michigan's.

It's very hard to get a ticket into The Shoe because there is always a sellout. That's how much OSU fans care about their FB team. It's definitely one of the best Homefield Advantages in the NCAA.
