One of the easiest things to rate on this site! Is there even any question where he stands in the annals of soccer? David Beckham? Oh please! Beckham doesn't hold a candle to the great Pele! Pele definitely was the greatest soccer player ever.

Pele scored over 1000 goals in his life. No one is even close to being as good as Pele. Its not even debatable that Pele is the GREATEST!

Undoubtedly the best but not by much in my book over the great Maradonna. What swings it for me is that he has lived his life a "lot" cleaner plus he was more of an all rounder skill wise. He was however is the best team of all time unsurpassed in quality in all positions!!!

Pele is no doubt the best of all time. He added much skills into the game more than any player has ever done. The fun & breath-taking manuevers we see today in soccer are reminiscence of his glory days.

hes only the best soccer player of all time, one who has laid down so many fundamentals that soccer players around the world subconsciously adhere to. yes, beckham is popular, but he is not nearly as skilled or important to this sport as pele has ever been. i admire beckham ALOT but pele began it all, especially for brazilian soccer!

he is the ideal player... speed, accuracy, creativity... etc. He wasnt specialized in just on aspect of soccer... he could do freekicks, tricks, headers, pass, mark... name it. Far better than any Beckhams I know!! Fact!!
