horrible. That's all I can honestly say. 2 days after downloading this my computer completely crashed, and I had to reformat it. I tried to redownload the copy that I PURCHASED, and I couldn't. You're only allowed one download, unless you purchase their ADDITIONAL extended download service. Bullshit. I contacted customer service for help and they either didn't speak english, or were completely incompetent. They had no idea what I was even asking for when I told them I just wanted to redownload my purchase. I'm utterly disgusted with them. I'm now requesting a refund and they keep stalling it, sending me to steps I already went through, and suddenly my order doesn't exist anymore! basically they're trying to steal my money from me. you can only get a refund if you long in with your order number and password, and at the page to log in for a refund it doesn't exist! but on the page to view my order status I CAN log in fine! Horrible, horrible customer service, and they try to cheat you out of your money. Bunch of crooks.
