I used to Think that ALL CAPS was the Most annoying Thing you could Do with Capitalization in Written articles That you've Posted to the Internet.

I was Wrong.

A few reviewers lead me to believe that the Bible is to blame for some of the allcaps nonsense that goes on on RIA.

You'd think that over-capitalization of the word LORD would hold this particular example of poor netiquette sacred, but instead it seems to have influenced some people to CAPITALIZE FOR IMPACT.

PEOPLE WHO USE ALL CAPS ARE EXTREMELY ANNOYING!

Well, I would add my variation to this. In one Forum sponsored by a REALLY big part of the www I was the target of hmmm..I have yet to see his label..I will keep looking..Anyway, in order to keep up with his rambling windy attacks I would intersperse my comments in CAPS to save time. Others, his buds came at me with "stop the shouting, play by the rules"...No, I said, to save time..When they could not top me or tame me, they disappered me.
Tsk tsk.
