 | ILikePie (50) 10/21/2007 | I have sometimes logged on if I see that I've received a message. Recently I had an interesting 'chat' with Kamylienne about gaming, so that was an incentive to do so. :)

 | Mad Hatter (37) 07/28/2007 | Only certain people. Mainly the people who don't live in Phoenix that I interact with.

 | Aurielle (18) 12/12/2005 | Oh, yes. Common courtesy bordering on the line of obsession. I usually end up popping by whenever I get an opportunity, sometimes several times a day if I'm having a conversation with someone. Kind of sad, really . . .

 | trebon1038 (64) 11/14/2005 | I do this when I havn't been online for a few days. I don't have the opportunity to be on all the time or I would probably be on RIA in my sleep....very sad I know.

 | kamylienne (78) 08/17/2005 | Depends on the conversation. If I really like someone, I'd give them my e-mail address if they ask.
UPDATE: Okay, people . . . I've been gone for a week. What all did I miss? Anything cool happen?

 | Gentle Jude (23) 08/08/2005 | I used to do this even when I first came onto RIA. This doesn't mean you spend too much time on RIA, it just means that you are curious whether someone has replied or sent you something. I am the sort who always checks their emails. I like to respond to people as quickly as possible because that is polite.

 | texasyankee (21) 07/17/2005 | I do this quite often, now that I seem to be receiving mail on a regular basis, but there is always a moment's pause prior to opening my mailbox, a small prayer that it isn't some feeble mind who finds my views offensive and wants me to drop dead or get off the ranch and see what is really going on in life. oh well.

 | Randyman (104) 07/12/2005 | I do this all the time, but I don't think it has anything to do with using RIA too much. I just look forward to hearing from a few of my friends. But I usually do both, check for messages and leave a fer ratings/reviews.

 | twinmom101 (31) 07/11/2005 | Due to my crazy schedule, this is usually the only reason why I check in now and then- to see if I have any mail.

 | irishgit (145) 07/11/2005 | Sure. Common courtesy.

 | Sundiszno (30) 07/10/2005 | Well, sure I check to see if there's a reply. Some messages I send I expect a reply to (i.e., there's a dialogue going on), others I don't but am pleasantly surprised when the other user sends a quick (sometimes a long) note to acknowledge what I've sent them. I always check when I see that I have new messages since my last login.

 | Jar-Jar Binks (16) 07/10/2005 | Yes, I try my best to respond to another RIA reviewer kindly if he/she leaves another reply for me (whether it's a question or a statement). It's nice getting along with different RIA reviewers and responding to them. Don't you think?
