Romans 12:18 reads as follows:

"If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men."

There is a reason that the first part says "if it is possible". Because try as you may, there are sadly some who won't let you.

It's a sad shame to see a flame war of any type, and a nice change of pace to see a peacemaker step in and mediate.

We can't all get along, but we could just learn to let everyone live the way they choose. It will never ever happen, but it's a nice idea.

I agree with kamylienne here, we really can not all get along. No matter how hard we try... you can even stand up for somebody on RIA and get yourself in trouble! "Who asked you to butt in?" or "Mind your own business!" or "This has nothing to do with you!!!" People are funny that way. When I was a Paramedic in Florida, after receiving a 911 call to respond, people would spit on us and throw bricks at our rescue units.

Sorry, but no, we can't all just get along. Nice to try, though.
