I think this statement is true, and should be practiced a little more. Maybe there would be a little less fighting and a lot more getting along. This statement on this list is probably one of the least childish here.

That will help you keep the peace most of the time. But, for the other times I like Olympia Dukakis' line in Steel Magnolias, "If you can't say something nice about someone, come sit by me."
