Dish network , a cheap network, share your identity with other cheap companies that charge your credit slowly and you would not come to know..... just beware of when they say, your credit report is checked and available for you to see for one month and after that mounth they will charge you 12.99... one such partner is mydishnow.com....do not go for dish network...

Not as concerned about HD now because I'm still a year or two away from buying a new set. Then I will decide if it's satellite or cable for me.

I'd like to see Cox stuff a high-def channel into an analog carrier and have it look decent. Not going to happen. You want high-def from cable, get an off-air antenna and try to hook it up right.

Still an emerging technology, but only Dish Network will throw in an HD receiver (the 811 model) at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
