Unless you are a mentally-challenged Hollywood celebrity who regularly embraces this sort of juvenile-delinquent arrogance and shocking stupidity, it ought to be a no-brainer what kind of vile, murderous, paranoid fat pig this thing is. He keeps opening his big mouth, heaving insult after insult (all the while demanding an apology when he's the one who is criticized or reprimanded); frequently burns bridges against other countries in a vain attempt to demonstrate how powerful he thinks he is; engages in personal feuds with other leaders; and then, acting like the spoiled brat he is, threatens the world community about how he is going to cut off his precious oil resources to those whom he feels are plotting against him. If his rhetoric were even remotely true, why doesn't he just do what he threatens to do? What's stopping this obnoxious pig from doing what he says he will do if things don't go his way? But Hugo Chavez is nothing more than a wannabe/poser who, if he actually did what he always threatens to do, would see his own country implode economically. Chavez is, sadly for him (and the degenerate Hollywood establishment who absurdly idolize him to the point of sheer bliss), a guy who cannot follow through with his threats because he is just a talker- pure and simple.

I think time will eventually expose this punk for what he truly is: a nobody.

He's a poser compaired to the company on this list.

So far he is a local problem, and as such qualifies as the "Diet Coke" of evil. If I start hearing his name and "genicide" in the same sentence, or if he decides to go bomb one of his neighbors, then I may up the rating a smidge.
