This is an older English or American Colonial term.

Has a nice Victorian/Edwardian era sound to it.

Brings to mind an image of rogering the upstairs maid in the linen closet.

Brilliant. (although it makes me think of moustaches...) It even rhymes with 'todger'. Top stuff, Genghis...

The English and Colonial Americans used this word. I even heard a bawdy, old English dance hall song: "Roger, Me Roger!"

I think that even Flashman might have used this in one or more of his exploits.

No. Not sexy. Not sexy at all. Sounds like, if you're going to use this term, you're going to have boring, efficient and uptight sex. Before tea time.
