They are ok.... not the spicy ones, got to be mild... but dipped in ranch.

Yummy! Hell yeah! I love getting this to snack on while I'm waiting for my dinner to show up after ordering! My favorite part about it is the celery w/ranch and the multitudes of sauces to choose from for my wings (that's if you go to Buffalo Wild Wings restraunt that offers multiple sauce combinations for your wings.).

Not my thing. I don't eat wings regardless how they are prepared, but honestly; I don't really like the buffalo sauce.
CzechMate 03/30/2008
Ok for eating competition, not so good to eat lol.
twansalem 03/24/2008
They taste good, but for what you're really getting they're a bit overrated and often significantly overpriced.
trebon1038 03/22/2008
If the sauce is good, then so are most wings. Like buffalo tenders as well. I prefer bleu cheese rather than ranch for dipping.

Mild; not too spicy!

Quite possibly my fovorite single flavor in the world may be Honey-Hot wings from a restaraunt called Amici's. Regular hot sauce, add a little honey and a cup of ranch dressing and I could eat 'em till I pop.

Great bar food. . .tasty. . .but can vary in quality and flavor. . .can't be lower than 3 stars because American food offers much more. . .

Some say that the name comes from Buffalo, but regardless, I really enjoy the wings when I am out on a bar tour, and I am feeling a little peckish (as John Goodman states in O, Brother, Where Art Thou?.

I always get grumpy when I have to downgrade the heat for the others who will be eating them...

I prefer my buffalo wings served hot with a side of blue cheese dressing, along with a bottle of flaming hot sauce- and minus the usual accompanying celery stick. Oh, and yeah, nothing beats buffalo wings, especially when it is served by a lady wearing orange jogging shorts and a white tank-top! Hooters anyone?
Astromike 10/28/2007
Makes a great snack or meal, weather teriyaki, hot, garlic either way!! Don't forget the ranch dressing.

One of the few foods that are truly North American in origin, the "buffalo" wing was supposedly first made at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York (hence its name) in 1964. Hot wings are pretty much a staple of casual restaurant appetizer menus, and it's a good thing since I order them as often as they're available. Personally, I'm not a fan of the so-called 'boneless' wings: one thing that I like about the wings is the texture and tenderness of the wing meat, which is a lot smoother than fried chicken breast strips that they tend to throw the same sauce on.One of these days, if I'm ever in Buffalo I'm going to go to the Anchor Bar for the original thing. http://www.anchorbar.com/
